In Covenant Clearview Services (ICCS) specializes in residential & commercial window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing and roof washing.

​ICCS was founded in 2008 by Sterling Alexander with a mission to provide quality and dependable exterior cleaning services to Bulverde, Spring Branch, San Antonio, and surrounding areas. The original name, “In Covenant” was chosen as it was a reminder to Sterling that all of his blessings are a result of his relationship with God.

Beginning as a one-man pressure washing company, ICCS acquired some other small companies and has expanded both its staff and services.

A family owned and operated business, ICCS' goal is to provide AMAZING service at a fair price.
